We Mattered Until The End

I had communicated with Jennifer a good five months prior to moving Kamloops and she was on top of keeping me informed of properties that suited my needs. She did not send me junk or overpriced properties she always stayed right on target which I appreciated. Once the purchase was signed and we were waiting for possession Jennifer got married but still stayed in touch when on her honeymoon. Would recommend her to anyone; she is young but is willing to listen to concerns and really cares about her clients. We have used many realtors over the years and they usually start off good but once the deal is close to being done or done you don't matter anymore. Not so with Jennifer; on closing day she showed up with a huge basket of goodies even something for our two "fur babies". This goes a long way in my eyes as excellent customer service. About a year ago, l just happened to call Jennifer to look at some places, as we were thinking that we might move to Kamloops.
